Quantity Surveyor-Pre tendering(Corporate Interiors)

• Should be able to read architectural and detail drawings

• Create measurement sheets.

• Create BOQs with detail specification as per the designer details.

• Should be able to do high level costing as per market standard.

• Should be able to create the budgetary BOQ with cost estimate as per the

test fit and reference images /3D renders.

• Need to create a vendor list pan India, communicate and get competitive

prices.

• Creating Comparative statements and negotiating the prices for the

same.

• Understanding the completeness of the specifications of the BOQ.

• Giving options for costing by changing makes and material

specifications.

• Be able to do site visits, understand and record the requirements and

site conditions. Communicate the same with the internal teams.

• Co-ordinate and work hand in hand with the design and project

execution team.

• Co-ordinating with client on the requirement and BOQ, cost negotiation

with management.

• Proficient in rate analysis.

• Good vendor management skills.
