We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong background in cost estimation, contract management, and project budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets and costs
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and agreements
- Monitor and report on project progress, including costs and time
- Conduct risk assessments and provide advice on contractual claims
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors
- Evaluate and analyze project specifications and drawings
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in construction management software
