We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in managing construction costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Monitor and control project costs and budgets.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Prepare tender documents and contracts for contractors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
- Manage project cash flow and financial reporting.

Skills and Qualifications
