MEP Quantity Surveyor Real Estate / Construction
Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets
- Manage MEP costs, variations, interim payments, and final accounts
- Support tendering, bid evaluation, and subcontractor procurement
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- 210+ years experience in MEP QS within real estate or construction
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, contracts, and cost control
- Proficient in Excel and cost management tools
