Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Management:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards (FSSAI, FDA, ISO, HACCP, GMP).
  • Conduct audits and inspections of production processes and finished products.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop QA staff.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to food safety certifications and regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies and manage audits and inspections.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and develop preventive measures.
  • Training and Development:
  • Organize training programs for staff on quality standards and best practices.
  • Stay updated with trends in food technology and quality management.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, audits, SOPs, and QMS activities.
