- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and certifications
- Oversee quality control processes for in-process and finished products
Regulatory Compliance & Audits
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and manage external and internal audits
- Maintain ISO documentation and audit records
Process Improvement & Root Cause Analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitor quality KPIs and statistical process control measures
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop quality assurance team
- Conduct training programs on food safety, SOPs, and best practices
- Foster a culture of quality excellence and accountability
Customer & Vendor Quality Management
- Handle customer complaints and product feedback
- Conduct vendor audits and ensure supplier quality compliance
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance product quality
