.Regulation roadmap preparation and monitoring (Domestic & Export) for QA

.Prepare summary of regulations and give awareness to various stakeholders in QA

.Study regulatory requirements and mapping with the Inspection Standards of Vehicle Inspection, Parts Inspection & Apex Procedures etc.

.Preparation of COP Control Plan based on UNR ECE Requirements.

.Confirm regulatory requirements from various stakeholders, Design Departments to finalize the controlling mechanism.

.To build a digital system for effective monitoring of regulations implementation timeline.

.Actively participate in the COP Internal and External Audits by Vincotte, IDIADA, MLIT Japan.

.Organize & conduct monthly training sessions in QA Vertical on the Regulation Change Notifications.

.Prepare and sharing of Regulation Bulletins across MSIL

.Closely monitor regulatory changes timelines and effectively follow-up for timely updation in the Inspection standards

a.Technical/Functional:

.Sound knowledge on Indian Regulatory Standards (AIS/IS) & Global Standards (ECE/GSO/ADR/FMVSS/JIS)

.Good Understanding of Quality Management Systems

.Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures and regulations

.Knowledge on automobile processes

.Sound understanding of Homologation Approval & COP Testing.

.Awareness about the latest updates on best-in-class industry practices

Education -

.Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

.Years of experience: Should have 2-4 yrs.

.Nature of experience: Automotive Regulatory

.Exposure of (4-wheeler / 2 Wheeler) & Automotive products

.Knowledge of Vehicle Homologation Process for India and Export

.Knowledge of Automotive Regulations i.e. CMVR (AIS / IS Standards), Export (ECE/UNR, GSO, ADR, JIS)

.Exposure of Automobile Manufacturing and latest technologies such as ADAS, Cybersecurity, EV / Hybrid.
