We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and validation processes. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on quality and testability.
• Automate test processes to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct performance and load testing to assess the application's scalability and reliability.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# for test automation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
