Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Quality Engineering Lead with strong experience in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The ideal candidate should have deep healthcare business knowledge, proven QA leadership capabilities, and expertise in driving end-to-end testing across complex healthcare applications.
This role requires an individual who can lead QE teams, work closely with business and technology stakeholders, define quality strategies, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- 7+ Years of experience in Quality Testing, US Healthcare, RCM, Manual Testing.
- Lead and manage Quality Engineering activities for healthcare applications and RCM platforms.
- Define and drive QA strategy, test planning, execution, automation adoption, and quality governance.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Operations, and Client stakeholders.
- Provide leadership to QA teams across multiple projects and PODs.
- Conduct requirement analysis and identify test scenarios, risks, and quality gaps.
- Drive functional, integration, regression, API, and end-to-end testing initiatives.
- Review test cases, execution results, defect reports, and quality metrics.
- Establish QA best practices, testing standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in release planning, defect triage, and production support activities.
- Coach and mentor QA engineers and leads to build a high-performing QE organization.
- Implement automation and AI-driven testing approaches wherever applicable.

Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Functional Testing and Test Management.
- Experience in API Testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with Automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of SQL and Database Validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and quality metrics.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
Leadership Expectations
- Manage and lead QA teams of 10+ members.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and delivery excellence.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
- Experience presenting quality metrics to leadership.
- Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution.
- Build and scale QE practices across projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading QA for Healthcare RCM transformation programs.
- Exposure to AI-assisted testing and test automation initiatives.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
- Experience with Facets, Epic, Cerner, Athena, QNXT, or other healthcare platforms is an added advantage.
