Quality Engineering Practice Head

What Youll Be Doing:

Pre-Sales and Solution Design:

• Create and refine QE offerings aligned with market demands and technological advancements
• Design innovative testing solutions tailored to client needs
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to develop proactive proposals
• Contribute to practice growth by identifying new opportunities and markets
• Participate in solutioning and proposal writing for QE-related projects and services
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings and presentations
• Develop and present proposals for quality engineering services and transformation initiatives

Practice Development and Leadership :

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our Quality Engineering and Testing practice
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering and testing
• AI and Gen AI Integration:
• Develop strategies to leverage Generative AI in testing processes
• Implement and oversee the use of AI-based testing tools
• Train team members on AI and Gen AI applications in quality assurance

Client Engagement:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on quality engineering matters
• Conduct workshops and presentations on quality assurance trends and solutions
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Innovation and Transformation:
• Drive innovation in testing approaches and methodologies
• Lead quality engineering transformation initiatives for clients
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

Who you are:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Masters degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and software testing
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a QE practice
• Strong understanding of current QE methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Proven track record in developing QE strategies and offerings
• Experience in proposal writing solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities
• Familiarity with creating IPs, frameworks, and templates in the QE domain
• Active participation in professional networks and industry forums
