Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end quality governance within the ART
  • Analyze and understand business and client requirements thoroughly
  • Develop robust end-to-end test strategies and test plans
  • Ensure full test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and system testing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing scope, risks, and priorities
  • Monitor quality metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
  • Publish OKR compliance reports to monitor quality adherence in the ART.
  • Identify test gaps, dependencies, and risks and drive timely resolution
  • Ensure release readiness by validating quality gates and acceptance criteria
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
  • Functional, Integration, Regression, API and UI testing experience
  • Automation experience with at least 1 tool (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, SEAT, Karate)
  • Knowledge of Temenos Retail (or) Corporate Banking (Arrangement Architecture)
  • Tools: JIRA, Git, CI/CD tools, PostMan
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
