Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end quality governance within the ART
- Analyze and understand business and client requirements thoroughly
- Develop robust end-to-end test strategies and test plans
- Ensure full test coverage across functional, integration, regression, and system testing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing scope, risks, and priorities
- Monitor quality metrics and identify trends, risks, and improvement areas
- Publish OKR compliance reports to monitor quality adherence in the ART.
- Identify test gaps, dependencies, and risks and drive timely resolution
- Ensure release readiness by validating quality gates and acceptance criteria
- Promote best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Functional, Integration, Regression, API and UI testing experience
- Automation experience with at least 1 tool (Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, SEAT, Karate)
- Knowledge of Temenos Retail (or) Corporate Banking (Arrangement Architecture)
- Tools: JIRA, Git, CI/CD tools, PostMan
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to interact with clients and other stakeholders.
