Quality Engineer Mainframe

As a Quality Engineer specializing in Mainframe Testing, you will be responsible for ensuring that mainframe applications and systems function as intended. You will create and execute test scenarios to validate compliance with business and technical requirements, focusing on functional testing and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test scenarios and test cases for mainframe applications.
• Validate system compliance with specified functional and performance requirements.
• Utilize mainframe tools including character-based screens, navigation, datasets, JCL, SDSF, and utilities for testing activities.
• Support test documentation, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Train and guide team members on testing procedures and mainframe technical topics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance of mainframe systems.
