Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role located in Bengaluru.

1) Quality check lists preparation for material inward checking; during the execution and post execution for Interior, Civil, MEP packages & Preparation of Commissioning checklist for Interior, Civil, MEP packaged Billing for works Co-ordination with Execution team.

2)Schedule and supervise operational reviews in association with functional staff, Track and review progress through meetings, Log and post all Interior, Civil, MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings. Assist in developing Design Delivery Schedule along with client, Project Manager, Design Managers, and consultants.

3)Tracking of work on day-to-day basis until project completion/handover.

4) Conducting Quality meeting with clients and teammates regarding upcoming work planning on a weekly basis and convey the MOM to vendors/clients/teammates.

5)Material tracking and inspection for MIR

6)Validating of BOQ as per site condition.

7)Material inspection as per standards and BOQ in the site.

8)Committing the vendor for scheduled data for completion of work.

9) GFC planning and approval.

10)Coordinating with cost consultant for JMR.

11) Preparing of quality issue report.

12)Inspection of quality of work.

13)BOQ line item and specification as per standard to be verified.

14)Testing and commissioning of all Interior, Civil, MEP

15)Coordinating billing, validating supporting documents.

16)Preparing snag list, follow-up and closure of the same

17)Check all Interior Fit out work execution before starting and closure of major milestones.

18)Knowledge of autocad, MS office including, word, excel, PPT and MS project is desired.

19)Knowledge of instruments like distance laser, total station, 90 Degree layout, is desired

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Engineering and improving product lifecycle processes
• Expertise in Quality Control practices to identify and rectify defects
• Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance protocols and frameworks
• Proven experience in Product Quality assessment and enhancement
• Familiarity with Quality Management systems and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a quality-focused role is preferred
