We are currently hiring on behalf of our client based in Chennai, a well-established and design-driven manufacturing organization specializing in industrial control panels and engineering solutions.

They are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to join their growing team and contribute to strengthening their quality and compliance standards.

Role Description

Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards. The role involves ensuring product quality, managing inspections and audits, handling non-conformance and corrective actions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Projects, Purchase, and Stores.

The position also acts as the ISO Management Representative (MR) and ensures compliance with statutory and customer requirements.

Key Skill Set

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
• Experience in 8D, RCA & CAPA methodologies
• Ability to read technical drawings & BOM
• Knowledge of electrical components, switchgear & automation systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Cross-functional coordination & audit leadership
• Good documentation and communication skills

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in:
• Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
• Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I)
• Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
• 36 years of experience in Control Panel / Electrical / Automation / EPC industry
