Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on various aspects such as security and regression, while also developing automation strategies and scripts. Your role includes supporting data and environment configurations, actively participating in code reviews, and tracking defects to foster ongoing improvements. This dynamic position requires balancing multiple responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products within an integrated ecosystem.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of quality solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest improvements to optimize quality assurance efforts.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts for various testing types including security and regression.
• Strong understanding of API testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to configure and manage test data and environments effectively.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
• Skilled in analyzing defects and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
