We are seeking a Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic team in the FMCG sector. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines in line with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control data.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
- Assist in the training of staff on quality control processes and practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality control within the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and quality measurement techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
