Inspection Activity- Material Inspection, In process Inspection (Fit up, Ferrite, Hardness, PMI, Chemical), Welding Inspection, Hydro, Pneumatic, Helium Leak test
Coordination with Customer Inspectors, Third Party Inspectors, Authorised Inspectors
Review of Supplier Documents - ITP, MSTP, Procedures, Mill TC
Inspection at Supplier place for Material Inspection of Plates, Forgings, Fasteners, Gaskets, Tubes
Ensure the Compliance of Statutory requirements with respect to ASME Sec VIII Div 1 ,2, Code, IBR Codes,
Participation in Root Cause Analysis
Having Basic Knowledge on NDE Practices ( PT/MT/VT/RT/UT)
Having Basic Knowledge on Blasting & Painting Activities.
