Job Description

3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with Ruby.
Proficient in manual testing methodologies and practices, with a preference for Salesforce testing experience.
Strong domain knowledge in Insurance and familiarity with its workflows and regulations.
Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA and Qtest or similar test management platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Develop, execute, and maintain robust test automation frameworks and scripts using Ruby with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation testing.
Perform manual testing as required, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
Ensure thorough testing of applications in the Insurance domain, leveraging industry-specific knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, following established testing processes.
Effectively track and manage testing tasks using tools like JIRA and Qtest for test case management and defect tracking. Create comprehensive test plans, cases, and documentation to ensure software quality.
