Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join our E-commerce process at our Sitapura, Jaipur location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality monitoring, audits, and performance improvement within a contact center or e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular call/chat/email audits as per defined quality parameters
- Evaluate agent performance and ensure compliance with process guidelines
- Provide constructive feedback and coach agents to improve quality standards
- Prepare and share quality reports, trends, and actionable insights
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvement plans
- Work closely with operations and training teams to drive quality initiatives
- Ensure adherence to customer experience and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Quality Analyst in an E-commerce or BPO process
- Good understanding of quality frameworks, QA tools, and KPIs
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and feedback skills
- Working knowledge of customer handling metrics and CSAT
- Ability to work in a day shift with 6 days working

- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 15 days
- Experience in voice or non‑voice e-commerce processes
- Detail‑oriented with a customer‑first mindset
