We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct monthly and yearly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
• Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
