Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Manager who operates at a QA Architect level, capable of driving quality strategy while remaining hands-on when required. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing multiple projects, leading QA initiatives, and contributing individually to automation and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices across projects

Manage and oversee multiple QA projects simultaneously

Lead QA teams while also contributing as an individual contributor when needed

Design and develop test automation frameworks and solutions

Ensure high-quality delivery through functional, regression, and performance testing

Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders for effective delivery

Identify risks, track defects, and ensure timely resolution

Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation coverage

Required Skills & Experience

10–18 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing

Strong experience working at a QA Architect or Lead level

Hands-on expertise in Playwright, Selenium, and PyTest

Experience in test automation frameworks and tools

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and teams

Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
