Our Story Started in Kolkata, West Bengal. The Year 1993.

Key Deliverables
- Develop, manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan.
- Effectively interact with Technical, Product Development and Production team.
- Work on Risk analysis during development and work on alternate to ensure the Quality output.
- Ensure that the QMS is in place & working as envisaged.
- Ensure that the existing Quality Management System (QMS) satisfies the Brand.
- To look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectations of the Consumer.
- Have to ensure that AQL of the company is properly maintained & exceeded.
- Will ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
- Anticipate Quality issues based on the production starting date and take necessary actions to ensure right output.
- To ensure that all goods coming in the store are rigorously inspected for quality & quantity.
- Will install both preventive & remedial measures against occurrence of any defect.
- Ensure accountability for failure of quality passed garment.
- To ensure continuous training of personal to enhance their skill.
- To ensure rigorous control of rejects.
- Ensure rigorous control of repairable & washable garments.
- To plan for year-wise improvement of quality.
- To monitor performance of suppliers of raw materials.
- Will ensure that supplier-customer chain in maintained in the production process.
- To ensure that production commences only when worksheet approved sample & swatch card are at hand.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience of 10 to 12 years in a quality control/assurance role from any leading menswear or apparel brand
- Bachelors/Master's degree related to Garment manufacturing (Mandatory)
