As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will develop and maintain quality processes while conducting reviews in alignment with global QA initiatives and processes. Summary:
In this position, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, leading audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
- Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics and establish quality goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in implementing quality processes.
- Identify and address quality issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases and test scripts.
- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test results and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
