Quality Assurance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

Analyses inspection data and generate reports on quality metrics and product defects.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and adjust processes as necessary.

Ensure the availability of required tools, including calibrated measuring equipment.

Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and records.

Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues and providing technical guidance.

Collect and analyses quality data to identify trends and potential issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in B.Pharma or M.Pharma , Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field

. 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within the personal care or manufacturing industry

. Knowledge of quality control methods and techniques

. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements

. Good communication and interpersonal skills

. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
