Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge, based in Bhopal. The Production Incharge will oversee daily production activities, ensure compliance with quality standards, supervise the production team, and manage resources efficiently to meet operational goals. Responsibilities also include monitoring production schedules, troubleshooting issues, ensuring health and safety protocols, and improving processes to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee production staff and foster collaboration.
- Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and process optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production-related issues effectively.
- Understanding and implementation of safety protocols and quality assurance processes in manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in using production management tools and software is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.
