Role Description

We're looking for a Dispatch & Operations Manager with 78+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, and operations to lead day-to-day execution onsite in Jaipur.

You'll manage real-time dispatch, oversee operations performance, and handle escalations in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of routing, team management, compliance (HOS).Experience in improving operational efficiency and managing cross-functional teams is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Operations Management, Logistics Coordination, and Process Optimization
• Experience in Team Leadership, People Management, and Performance Monitoring
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Decision Making
• Knowledge of Compliance Standards and Regulatory Requirements
• Proficiency in technology and tools for Fleet and Performance Management is highly desirable
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus
