Senior QA Engineer

Skill : 5+ years of full-time QA experience

Strong Python and test automation skills (PyTest or similar)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality and reliability of our Reinforcement Learning (RL) Gym platform, including environments, agents, and training workflows.

What does day-to-day life look like

Design and execute test strategies for RL environments and pipelines

Validate reward logic, state transitions, and environment behavior

Build and maintain automated test frameworks (Python-based)

Ensure reproducibility and data integrity of experiments

Perform API, integration, and performance testing

Collaborate with ML and engineering teams to identify edge cases

Requirements

5+ years of full-time QA experience

Strong Python and test automation skills (PyTest or similar)

Understanding of QA methodologies and debugging

Basic knowledge of Reinforcement Learning concepts

Experience with APIs, CI/CD, and distributed systems

Experience working on ML / AI-based projects

Strong experience in test automation and SQL

Backend QA experience (API, services, data validation)
