Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Title: Senior QA Engineer (5–7 Years Experience)

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to lead testing efforts and ensure the quality of ITSM and networking-based solutions. This role requires strong expertise in manual and automation testing, along with leadership and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA processes and mentor team members
• Create and manage test plans, test cases, and strategies
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Execute both manual and automated test scenarios
• Track and resolve defects using standard tools
• Collaborate with development teams for requirement clarity
• Validate networking features and system performance
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
• Experience with manual testing and QA tools like JIRA
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM practices
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, and Linux
• Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium or JMeter
