Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Quality Assurance Engineer will design, document, and execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of AI-driven and enterprise software products. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing manual testing, logging and tracking defects, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role involves participating in test planning, reviewing specifications, contributing to test process improvements, and maintaining high-quality standards across releases. The Quality Assurance Engineer will also help refine QA best practices and support continuous integration and delivery efforts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Software Testing to ensure product reliability and compliance with requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Test Execution and Manual Testing to thoroughly validate features and identify defects across different scenarios.
• Candidates should possess skills in designing and maintaining Test Cases to cover functional, regression, and integration testing needs.
• Experience with defect tracking tools, test management systems, and version control platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC and QA processes, with exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to analyze requirements, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and document findings in a structured manner.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with automation testing concepts, scripting, or tools is an advantage.
• Experience testing AI, analytics, or large-scale enterprise systems is a plus.
