Automation and Tools
- Contribute to building and maintaining automated test suites for regression and smoke tests

- Help integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, reliable releases
- Suggest improvements in tooling, frameworks, and automation coverage over time
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with product managers, developers, and data scientists to understand use cases and expected behavior
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and release discussions as part of the agile team
- Provide clear quality status updates, risk assessments, and go/no-go inputs for releases
- Share feedback on usability, flows, and edge cases to improve overall product experience
Quality, Performance, and Data Validation
- Validate data accuracy and consistency for document extraction, AI outputs, and dashboards, especially in BFSI and operations use cases
- Perform basic performance and load sanity checks where required and flag anomalies
- Ensure that critical workflows and SLAs are validated for each release cycle
- Help maintain test environments, sample data sets, and structured test documentation
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 25 years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Tester / Test Engineer in web or enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts: test design, test cycles, defect lifecycle, and regression testing
- Hands-on experience in manual functional testing of web applications and APIs
- Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, or similar)
- Basic understanding of SQL or data validation for verifying backend data is a plus
- Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent) is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills and the ability to document and explain issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Our Ideal Candidate
- Is meticulous, structured, and persistent about reproducing and isolating issues
- Think from both the user's perspective and the system's perspective to identify gaps
- Is proactive about questioning assumptions, edge cases, and incomplete requirements
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving features and priorities
- Is excited to help improve the quality of AI-driven products like Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio for global enterprises
