The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic QA Automation Engineer with experience in Automation testing for Web and Mobile applications. You will take ownership of the quality assessment for the addition and/or revision of features.

Responsibilities:

• Design, review and contribute to test plans, test cases, test scenarios, scripts and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan test schedules, strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
• Ensure all reporting is succinct yet includes all necessary details for replication and timely resolution.
• Participate and demonstrate expertise in automation strategy along with running the automation scripts.
• Review, maintain and improve current automated software test methodologies and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation testing for web and mobile applications.
• Good Exposure in Selenium (Hybrid Framework, Data-Driven, keyword-driven, BDD, Test NG), Maven, Jenkins, Appium.
• Should have good knowledge in API testing using REST, Soap UI, Postman etc.
• Should have good knowledge about GIT.
• Strong working experience in a commercial development environment: formal QA, best practices for development, schedules, processes, defect queues, code management, and build environments.
• Good experience in working with Agile teams.
• Innovative, creative, proactive & self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with a heavy workload.

Good to Have:

Exposure in JUnit.

Knowledge in Performance Testing using JMeter.

Exposure to test management tools and Bug Tracking tools like JIRA, Test Rail and HP ALM etc
