Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual test cases to ensure high-quality, bug-free delivery of projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain service standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyse project requirements and translate them into clear, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, gaps, edge cases, and regression issues.
- Log, track, and report bugs with clear documentation, including detailed steps to reproduce.
- Collaborate closely with developers and designers to clarify requirements and proactively suggest quality improvements.
- Create, maintain, and update test documentation in alignment with evolving product features.
- Participate actively in stand-ups and review meetings, contributing quality-focused insights from a QA perspective.
Qualifications and Skills
- 6 months - 1 year hands-on experience in manual testing role (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of testing fundamentals, including test planning, test strategy, test case design and execution, defect logging, and verification.
- Basic working knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with project management and issue-tracking tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Trello (preferred).
- Understanding of web architecture concepts, cookies, web storage, and modern web technologies is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
