Quality Analyst , TL, AM International Voice Process

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst, Team Lead (TL), and Assistant Manager (AM) in the International Voice Process at T3Cogno. The position is located in Bengaluru South. The responsibilities include monitoring and assessing the quality of calls, providing feedback to ensure adherence to quality standards, and implementing quality control measures for process improvement. The role also involves managing performance metrics, coordinating with team members to address quality-related concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate call data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to uphold service excellence
• Proficiency in Quality Management practices, including developing and maintaining quality standards
• Exceptional Communication skills to provide constructive feedback and engage effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Leadership skills and prior experience in team management or supervision are advantageous
• Familiarity with international voice processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or relevant professional experience
