We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing processes. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, record, and track defects in a detailed manner.
- Perform thorough regression testing when defects are resolved.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in requirement reviews and design discussions to ensure testability.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in software testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
