• Core Competencies: Oracle BRM, C, C++,
• Java, Perl, SQL, PL/SQL, Excellent level of knowledge of BRM database structure
• Collaboratively develop, configure, and maintain an advanced BRM system, focusing on the meticulous handling of subscription management, comprehensive billing cycles, and diverse AR activities such as adjustments, refunds, and payment processing.
• Integrate the BRM system seamlessly with the WEBS platform to manage multiple account transitions, including upgrades, downgrades, resubscribing, and sign-ups.
• This entails understanding and implementing robust mechanisms to ensure data consistency and process integrity across the systems.
• Ensure effective communication and synchronization between the BRM system and the Next Generation Payment (NGP) system to facilitate intricate payment processing frameworks, which are essential for maintaining smooth and secure customer transactions.
• Collaborate with the Vertex system for accurate and real-time tax calculations, ensuring compliance across different jurisdictions and integrating seamlessly into BRM for accurate billing.
• Uphold the responsibility of accurately billing and managing the accounts of approximately 11 million customers, emphasizing the need for precision, efficiency, and reliability in the BRM processes.
• Adapt to changing requirements that may arise during the product lifecycle, proactively planning and revising system configurations as necessary to stay aligned with dynamic business environments.
• As part of a dedicated team of 8 BRM Specialists, manage an average of 7 story points per sprint, with each sprint spanning two weeks. This requires strong project management skills, maintaining high productivity, and upholding quality standards.
• Own the entire quality assurance process, including detailed integration testing and certification of the BRM system.
• This involves creating comprehensive test plans, executing integration tests, and collaborating with other system teams to ensure consistency and optimal performance.
• Address and resolve system bugs related to developed features.
• Quick troubleshooting and rectification of these issues are integral to maintaining the systems reliability, with the understanding that bug fixes are part of ongoing system maintenance and are not billable tasks.
