Job Title: Junior QC & R&D Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior QC & R&D Analyst to join our growing team at Lipids and Flavours Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine quality control analysis using GC and HPLC

Method development and validation support

Raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing

Maintain analytical documentation and compliance records

Assist in basic R&D activities related to botanical extracts and nutraceutical ingredients

Support product development, standardization, and stability studies

Ensure adherence to quality systems and laboratory best practices

Requirements:

13 years of experience in QC and/or R&D laboratory

Hands-on experience with GC and HPLC

Basic understanding of phytochemistry and nutraceutical ingredients

Familiarity with documentation, COA preparation, and quality systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
