Quality Analyst

The QA Team Member is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and functionality of eLearning solutions, including web-based training (WBT), instructor-led training (ILT), and mobile learning content. They will perform manual and automated testing to ensure compliance with industry standards, accessibility guidelines, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, including functionality, design consistency, and user experience.
• Conduct manual and basic automated testing of WBT, ILT, and mobile learning courses.
• Ensure adherence to industry compliance standards such as SCORM, AICC, and WCAG/Section 508.
• Validate content on different Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compatibility and functionality.
• Identify, document, and report defects using tools like Jira or other defect-tracking software.

Support accessibility testing to ensure courses meet inclusion standards.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with QA tools like Jira and test automation platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in eLearning QA or software testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and QA processes is a plus.
• Certification in QA or testing tools (ISTQB or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.
