Job Title: Quality Assurance Executive – B2B Lead Generation & Sales

Experience: 1–2 Years

Location: Pune-Kalyani Nagar

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to monitor and improve the quality of lead generation and sales processes in a B2B environment. The role involves reviewing calls, validating leads, and ensuring the team follows defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate B2B tele-calling, sales calls, and email interactions
  • Check the quality and accuracy of generated leads
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and processes
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance
  • Conduct basic research to verify lead information and data quality
  • Identify gaps in quality and suggest improvements
  • Maintain QA reports and track performance metrics
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven 1–2 years of experience in B2B tele-calling QA
  • Good research and data verification skills
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Immediate joiner preferred
  • Good knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in call auditing and lead validation
  • Understanding of B2B sales funnel
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
