Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QC & R&D Head to lead Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Product Development for our masterbatch manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new product development & formulation (color, additives, compounds)
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with industry & automotive standards
Lead customer interactions with OEMs/Tier-1, including trials, audits, and approvals
Optimize processes for better dispersion, yield, and performance
Manage and develop QC & R&D teams

Ideal Candidate:

8-15 years in Masterbatch / Polymer Compounding / Plastics Industry
Strong expertise in polymers (PE, PP, ABS, PET), pigments, dispersion & color matching
Experience with automotive customers preferred
Proven leadership in QC/R&D roles

Location: Pune (Mahalunge)
