W are hiring an experienced QC Manager with a strong background in luxury and couture garment production. The role involves setting up and managing end-to-end quality control across sampling, production, and finishing stages. The candidate will conduct detailed checks on fabric, embroidery, construction, fit, and finishing to maintain premium standards. They will collaborate with design, pattern, and production teams to resolve quality issues proactively. Responsibilities also include defining SOPs, enforcing quality benchmarks, and overseeing final approvals to ensure flawless, zero-defect garments before client delivery or show presentation.
