Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and validation of laboratory investigations in:
- Hematology
- Clinical Pathology
- Cytology
- Cytopathology
- FNAC & PAP Smear
- Microscopic examination and interpretation of samples with accurate diagnostic reporting.
- Correlation of clinical history with laboratory findings for precise diagnosis.
- Ensuring quality control and NABL compliance in laboratory processes.
- Reviewing abnormal reports and critical values before release.
- Supervising laboratory technicians and junior staff for smooth workflow management.
- Participation in internal and external quality assurance programs.
- Maintaining TAT (Turn Around Time) for pathology reporting.
- Handling and reporting Cytology/FNAC cases independently.
- Ensuring proper documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinating with clinicians and healthcare professionals regarding patient cases and report discussions.
- Supporting operational excellence and maintaining high diagnostic accuracy.
Qualifications:
MD Pathology Pathology from a recognized institution.
Registration with Delhi Medical Commission (DMC).
