Surface-Mount Technology Manager

We are seeking a full-time Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) Manager to oversee the end-to-end processes of SMT production at our Gurgaon location. The responsibilities include supervising the assembly and quality control of PCB manufacturing processes, managing SMT machines, and ensuring optimum production efficiency. The role involves troubleshooting equipment issues, directing teams on production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The SMT Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness and oversee new technology integration in the SMT domain.

• Proficiency in SMT assembly processes, PCB manufacturing, and equipment maintenance
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and guide production teams effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SMT equipment and process issues promptly
• Knowledge of quality control standards, process optimization techniques, and safety compliance
• Experience with analyzing production data and implementing efficiency improvements
• Familiarity with emerging technologies in the SMT field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to adapt to a dynamic production environment
