We are looking for a skilled Manual QA Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in testing web applications, mobile apps (Android/iOS), and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product releases.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and usability testing for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or similar.
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e. g., Jira).
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Validate fixes, perform re-testing, and support release cycles.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing
- Strong experience in testing web applications, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and API endpoints
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle
- Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, or similar.
- Ability to write clear, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
