About the RoleThrymr Software is looking for an experienced QA Lead to ensure high-quality software delivery across projects. The role involves leading QA efforts, defining testing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring QA team members.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects.
- Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and QA processes.
- Perform and oversee manual testing and guide automation efforts.
- Conduct API, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Review requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
- Track, report, and manage defects using tools like JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide QA team members to improve quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and release timelines.
Required Skills & Experience- 48 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC processes.
- Hands-on experience in manual testing with knowledge of automation fundamentals.
- Experience in API testing and backend validation.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools (JIRA or similar).
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
