SAP QA Engineer and QA Lead

Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP QA Engineer and QA Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies and test plans for SAP applications.
• Identify and document defects, and ensure timely resolution with development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regression testing and performance testing for SAP modules.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using relevant tools and technologies.
• Participate in requirements review and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-17 years of experience in SAP Quality Assurance and Testing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules like SD, MM, FI, CO, etc.
• Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager and Test Suite.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
