The Salesforce QA Tester will be responsible for validating Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities through structured testing processes. The role involves requirement analysis, test case creation, execution, defect tracking, and close collaboration with development and IT teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand requirements, functional designs, process flows, and related documentation.
• Create detailed test cases for new changes, enhancements, and regression testing cycles.
• Execute test cases and maintain comprehensive documentation of all testing activities.
• Work closely with IT and development teams for defect assignment, tracking, and resolution.
• Perform testing of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud functionalities based on requirements.
• Capture, document, and report bugs or issues identified during testing phases.
• Script test scenarios for Salesforce applications using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Design and create test conditions, test scripts, and test data for business and technical use cases.
• Leverage available tools for test case creation and execution, and develop test scripts as needed.
• Document and escalate issues using JIRA while ensuring proper tracking and closure.
• Support production deployments by executing validation testing and confirming functional stability.
• Ensure adherence to testing best practices and maintain traceability throughout the test lifecycle.

Experience Required

• 6 years of overall experience, with a minimum of 4 years relevant in Salesforce testing.
