We are looking for a QA Engineer to handle end-to-end testing of crypto trading, staking, and wallet systems, including automation, API, and smart contract validations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior QA members.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for crypto trading, staking, and wallet functionalities.
- Perform functional, regression, API, and automation testing for backend and frontend modules.
- Validate smart contract integrations, blockchain data syncs, and transaction flows across multiple chains.
- Create and maintain test automation suites using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps, FE and backend teams to ensure test coverage across environments (UAT, staging & testnet).
- Identify and track issues in Asana and ensure timely closure before releases.
- Perform load, security, and failover testing for crypto exchange systems.
- Support release validation and production sanity checks during deployments.
- Mentor junior QA members and review their test cases and automation scripts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc. )
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, k6) and security validation basics.
- Experience in the crypto domain is a plus.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and documentation skills.
