About the Role
We're looking for an experienced QA engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software through rigorous test planning, execution, and automation. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering and product management to shape solutions that deliver measurable value. This is a high-impact role that will influence our quality and user experience of product, strengthen customer outcomes, and shape our company's growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, product behavior, and end-user expectations to identify high-leverage opportunities for improving test coverage and product reliability.
- Own the execution of automated and manual testing strategies across critical product workflows and releases.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product management, to define and refine product requirements, ensuring they are testable, clear, and aligned with business goals.
- Participate in sprint meetings and provide feedback from a testing perspective.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas of improvement in our applications
- Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across QA, development, and DevOps disciplines, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of quality.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in the software quality assurance domain
- Proven track record in Functional and automation testing to deliver high-quality products
- Deep domain knowledge in web application testing, preferably in Healthcare domain
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Hands-on experience on automation frameworks preferably Playwright with JavaScript and tools like Postman, JIRA, Zephyr, and CI/CD platforms like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
