We are urgently looking for experienced QA Engineers with strong expertise in mobile application testing (Android & iOS) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans for mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms.
- Design, create, and execute detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform compatibility testing across multiple devices, OS versions, screen sizes, and resolutions.
- Conduct regression, integration, system testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform cross-platform testing to ensure consistent performance on Android and iOS devices.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide detailed reports and metrics on mobile application performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, SIT teams, and stakeholders to ensure proper test coverage.
- Lead defect management activities and promptly escalate critical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date mobile testing libraries including test scenarios and test cases.
- Support business users during UAT and operational testing phases.
- Manage testing activities, timelines, and stakeholder communication regarding testing progress.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members and promote best practices in mobile testing.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong focus on mobile application testing.
- Hands-on experience testing both Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.
- Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage testing activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
