Core Skills
Proficient in test planning, designing, and execution.
- Define and execute comprehensive test strategies including planning, scheduling, approach, and automation roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Establish enterprise-grade testing processes, tools, and methodologies for large-scale or complex product portfolios, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Leverage AI-driven capabilities across testing activities such as intelligent test case generation, predictive defect analysis, and self-healing automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve quality standards, automation maturity, and advanced testing techniques.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality metrics, applying AI-based analytics to identify patterns, predict risks, and drive continuous innovation and improvement.
- Provide subject matter expertise in emerging technologies, AI-driven testing, and automation to architects and engineering teams across the organization.
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Technology, with an emphasis on QA, and proven ability in writing test cases, running functional, automated, and managing defects
- Solid experience in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing, Continuous Deployment and Continuous Integration technologies.
- Prior experience of developing and evaluating automation frameworks - Data, Keyword or Hybrid etc for web/cloud platforms/applications
Preferred
- Hands on experience on Test Automation for Web & Mobile applications using Selenium / Playwright
- Experience in implementation of CI/CD tools & processes like Jenkins, Maven and their integration for the orchestration of Continuous Delivery
- Experience with coding skills across a variety of platforms is a plus
